Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

Sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2025/2026, berikut kami sampaikan beberapa informasi penting yang perlu diperhatikan:

  1. Sesuai dengan Kalender Akademik Universitas Islam Indonesia, perkuliahan Tahap I Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2025/2026 berakhir pada 8 Mei 2026.
  2. Informasi kuliah pengganti adalah sebagai berikut:

  3. Pelaksanaan UTS Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2025/2026 berlangsung pada 13–30 Mei 2026. Rincian jadwal UTS dapat dilihat pada dokumen berikut:

  1. Peserta ujian wajib membawa kartu identitas berupa KTM, KTP, atau SIM ketika mengikuti ujian. Bagi mahasiswa yang belum dapat mengambil KTM, dapat menunjukkan e-KTM melalui UIIGateway.
  2. Apabila terdapat jadwal ujian yang bertabrakan atau bentrok, mahasiswa dimohon menghubungi Divisi Administrasi Akademik di lantai 3 Gedung Soekiman Wirjosandjojo paling lambat 3 hari sebelum pelaksanaan ujian.
  3. Jika terdapat permasalahan teknis terkait pelaksanaan ujian, mahasiswa dapat melapor kepada panitia ujian di ruang pengawas, yaitu Ruang 02.08 lantai 2 Gedung Soekiman Wirjosandjojo sayap timur.
  4. Perkuliahan Tahap II Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2025/2026 akan dilaksanakan pada 2 Juni–17 Juli 2026.

Tata Tertib Ujian

Ketentuan Umum

  1. Peserta ujian adalah mahasiswa FISB UII yang telah memenuhi syarat administrasi ujian atau telah melakukan key in.
  2. Selama mengikuti ujian, peserta wajib berpakaian sopan, rapi, dan bersepatu. Mahasiswa tidak diperkenankan mengenakan kaos oblong, topi, sandal, atau kacamata hitam.
  3. Peserta ujian wajib membawa peralatan ujian sendiri dan kartu identitas yang memuat foto diri, seperti KTP, KTM, atau SIM. Peserta juga dapat menunjukkan e-KTM yang terdapat pada menu Data Induk di modul UIIAkademik melalui portal UIIGateway.
  4. Ujian hanya dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.
  5. Peserta ujian yang terlambat hadir hanya diperkenankan mengikuti ujian maksimal 30 menit setelah ujian dimulai. Lebih dari ketentuan tersebut, peserta tidak diperkenankan mengikuti ujian.

Kewajiban Peserta Ujian

  • Mematikan seluruh alat komunikasi, seperti gadget, smartwatch, dan sejenisnya, kecuali terdapat ketentuan khusus dari soal.
  • Terdaftar dalam daftar hadir ujian oleh petugas.
  • Menunjukkan kartu identitas yang memuat foto diri, seperti KTM, SIM, atau KTP, atau memperlihatkan e-KTM melalui UIIGateway.
  • Menaati tata tertib ujian, menjaga kebersihan dan ketenangan, serta bersikap sopan terhadap pengawas dan peserta ujian lainnya.

Larangan Peserta Ujian

  • Izin ke kamar mandi selama ujian berlangsung. Peserta diberikan kesempatan ke kamar mandi sebelum ujian dimulai.
  • Mengerjakan soal di luar waktu yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Membuka catatan, buku, ponsel, smartwatch, notebook, tablet, atau perangkat sejenis, kecuali terdapat ketentuan yang memperbolehkan.
  • Saling meminjam alat atau sarana pendukung ujian.
  • Bekerja sama, mencontek, atau melakukan tindakan sejenisnya.

Hal-hal yang Perlu Diperhatikan

  • Meninggalkan ruang ujian berarti telah selesai mengerjakan ujian. Peserta tidak diperkenankan keluar dari ruang ujian sebelum 30 menit.
  • Peserta ujian yang melanggar tata tertib dapat dikenakan sanksi berupa teguran dari pengawas, hasil ujian tidak diproses dan dianggap gugur, atau skorsing dari status kemahasiswaannya bagi peserta yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan disiplin mahasiswa.

In connection with the implementation of the Midterm Examination for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, we would like to inform you of the following important matters:

  1. In accordance with the Academic Calendar of Universitas Islam Indonesia, the first stage of lectures for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year will end on May 8, 2026.
  2. The information regarding substitute classes is as follows:

  3. The Midterm Examination for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year will be held on May 13–30, 2026. The detailed examination schedule can be viewed in the following document:

  1. Examination participants are required to bring an identification card, such as a student ID card, national ID card, or driver’s license. Students who have not yet collected their student ID card may show their e-student ID card through UIIGateway.
  2. If there is a schedule conflict, students are requested to contact the Academic Administration Division on the 3rd floor of the Soekiman Wirjosandjojo Building no later than 3 days before the examination date.
  3. If any technical problems occur during the examination, students should report to the examination committee in the supervisor room, Room 02.08, 2nd floor, east wing of the Soekiman Wirjosandjojo Building.
  4. The second stage of lectures for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year will be held on June 2–July 17, 2026.

Examination Rules and Regulations

General Provisions

  1. Examination participants are FISB UII students who have fulfilled the administrative requirements for the examination or have completed the key-in process.
  2. During the examination, participants must dress properly, neatly, and wear shoes. Students are not allowed to wear T-shirts, hats, sandals, or sunglasses.
  3. Participants are required to bring their own examination equipment and an identification card with a photo, such as a national ID card, student ID card, or driver’s license. Participants may also show their e-student ID card available in the Student Data menu of the UIIAkademik module through the UIIGateway portal.
  4. Examinations shall only be conducted according to the predetermined schedule.
  5. Participants who arrive late may only join the examination within a maximum of 30 minutes after the examination begins. Those who arrive later than this time limit will not be allowed to take the examination.

Obligations of Examination Participants

  • Turn off all communication devices, such as gadgets, smartwatches, and similar devices, unless otherwise specified in the examination instructions.
  • Be registered on the attendance list by the examination officer.
  • Show an identification card with a photo, such as a student ID card, driver’s license, or national ID card, or show the e-student ID card through UIIGateway.
  • Comply with the examination rules, maintain cleanliness and order, and behave respectfully toward supervisors and other examination participants.

Prohibitions for Examination Participants

  • Leaving for the restroom during the examination. Participants are given the opportunity to use the restroom before the examination begins.
  • Working on the examination outside the designated time.
  • Opening notes, books, mobile phones, smartwatches, notebooks, tablets, or similar devices, unless explicitly permitted.
  • Borrowing or lending examination tools or supporting equipment.
  • Collaborating, cheating, or engaging in similar misconduct.

Important Notes

  • Leaving the examination room means that the participant has completed the examination. Participants are not allowed to leave the examination room before 30 minutes have passed.
  • Participants who violate the examination rules may be subject to sanctions, including a warning from the supervisor, disqualification of the examination result, or suspension of student status for participants proven to have committed violations as regulated in the student disciplinary regulations.
